Project Management Fundamentals outlines basic project management techniques — how to plan, organize, control, document, and close out projects successfully and with minimum risk.
The Microsoft Office Project Level 1 and 2 courses will serve as the entry point for covering Microsoft Office Project. These courses are intended for both novice and experienced project managers and schedulers. These individuals would be involved in, or responsible for, scheduling, estimating, coordinating, controlling, budgeting, and staffing of projects and supporting other users of MS Office Project.
Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification courseware focuses on the generally accepted practices of project management recognized by the Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI®). PMP® is the project management credential of choice for numerous industries and companies.
Our courses offer a standards-based approach to successful project management in a variety of application areas and industries, and is not specific to the IT industry. It maps to A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), as well as the exam objectives for the PMP® certification exam.
